Seminars

Objectives and Outcomes
Knowledge leads to action. Participants will be given clear objectives and the means to attain them.

The seminar audience will recognize that our current lifestyle does not match our genetic make-up. We will introduce them to Sam and Sal, who lived more than 50,000 years ago but who were identical to us in the way they looked and the way their bodies worked.

Participants will understand why heredity is not predestination, that all the so-called diseases of aging can be either prevented or postponed, and that they can avoid the lingering disability that most people accept as they age.

Content

  • Where humans came from; where humans are going.
  • The Agricultural Revolution: a mixed blessing.
  • Why our genetic makeup makes dieting unsuccessful.
  • Exercise is not an option.
  • The true causes of the so-called diseases of aging.
  • Why the American Medical Association changed its position on vitamins.
  • How to take control of your healthspan.
